Makwa-Cahill LP, a fully qualified Indigenous construction and fabrication company working within the energy sector, has been selected by TC Energy to conduct aa constructability and fabrication review of the inlet/outlet structures for the pumped storage project.
Makwa-Cahill's offices and fabrication facility are located in Owen Sound, Ont., within the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

TC Energy selects Hatch to provide reservoir safety guidance and expertise, as well as advisory services, for the development of our transformative 1,000 MW Pumped Storage Project.
Hatch will facilitate an Independent Reservoir Safety Advisory Board (IRSAB) and support the project’s Community Liaison Committee in its community and public engagement process.

The Great Lakes Plastic Cleanup (GLPC) is pleased to welcome TC Energy and Ontario Pumped Storage (OPS) as a Collaborative Sponsor supporting the initiative’s plastic capture, cleanup, research and community engagement activities over the next four years.
This past July, the Department of National Defence (DND) rendered a decision, which enables continued advancement of OPS at the 4th Canadian Division Training Centre (4th CDTC) north of Meaford.
